Dangerous and frightening things can happen in anesthesia. A few of these happened today. I've felt restless and distraught about it ever since.

So I'll talk about lighter things instead.

I've been wearing the same perfume for nearly 10 years now: L'eau d'Issey, by Issey Miyake. I think it's certainly time to try something new.

What do you like? What do you wear? I tried on "Sheer Veil" by Vera Wang yesterday and liked it, but didn't commit to buying yet.

A few friends were having the same discussion thiws weekend. They all seem to love Chanel #5. I guess that's the obvious choice though. I myself have yet to find my signature scent--in the meanwhile I've been using Ralph Lauren's Romance.

Hey, what happened? Sounds like something very serious. Whatever it is, hope that you're well.

Is Sheer Veil the gold/orange tinted one? I have the purple one (now discontinued) which was a limited edition version of the Vera Wang (not Princess). I love that. If its the one I was thinking of, it smells lovely.

I'm also using Ralph Lauren's Glamorous (also discontinued) but managed to snap up the last few bottles. Another favourite is Hugo Boss' Femme.

Also looking for a new perfume but haven't found a nice one yet

Sorry to hear about that. It happens to everyone but the thing is that once you've done it once, you'll never do it again. But you managed it well and there was no adverse reaction. Good thing. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Hugs.
